Whenever I travel for work outside of the LA area, I find it neccessary to scour shoe racks of the local ROSS. You pretty much NEVER know what you can find. I once copped the Nike Stab (Huarache color way) for $35 in Lompoc, and sold them the next weekend for $100. Anyway, just copped these CLEAN Air Rejuvin8's at the ROSS in Santa Barbara for an easy $25. You remember the Rejuven8's? Check this article, about the recovery shoe and for some insight in to the design process (Of course Tinker Hatfield, designer of everyone's favorite Air Jordan's, as well as the Air Max 1 and Presto templates, was involved).

Pretty good article via the Washington Post surrounding the effect of the current economic times on various spinoff brands. Not that surprising considering the general status of Malls in America anyway, seeing how most of these stores are found in malls anyway.
